Limited amenities provided in the rooms, with no slippers or extra comfort items. The breakfast options were minimal and average, not living up to expectations. Room noise issues from other guests disrupted sleep quality significantly, compounded by lack of proper balcony space, as well as an unfortunate encounter with rowdy travelers at night.

Location not far from the airport area and very close to airport so convenient for a 1 night layover. The rooftop restaurant for dinner.

The most important - perfect and excellent location to the international terminal. Nearby Restaurant & Bar - great place to chill out. Functional and large room, savoury breakfasts. Big beds, amazing pool.

The hotel offered a seamless free shuttle service to the airport, a relief after our long flight. The staff were kind and attentive. The rooftop pool was an absolute gem, perfect for a refreshing dip while taking in fine sunset views.

On the downside, the hallway noise echoed quite a bit due to the concrete flooring, made for a less relaxing environment. The limited breakfast options didn't quite meet our expectations, and we found them a bit lacking in variety.

The staff were attentive and accommodating, promptly assisting with my requests. The location was convenient, being just a short ride to the airport.

Positive, The pick-up at the airport was seamless and the super nice team. My room was clean and spacious, with a hairdryer and a safe. The rooftop pool offered fine views, and the breakfast had an excellent coffee machine and delicious scrambled eggs. I highly recommend it 😊

Perfect stop before an early flight

We crashed here for a night before our morning flight. The pool was chill and great. Food at the hotel was surprisingly tasty, especially the snacks. Only bummer was the limited meal spots nearby, but the 7-Eleven helped. Air con was a bit noisy but manageable. A solid stay!

The stay offered excellent amenities, with a beautiful pool area and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including baby back ribs. The location's convenience to the beach was appreciated. The inattentiveness of the staff and frequent wifi issues were significant downsides, coupled with the cleanliness of the room that left something to be desired, impacting the overall experience.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Clean, inviting lounge area with tea and coffee facilities.

Just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Nai Yang with extraordinarily good value for money. Try to grab a room away from the common areas to avoid noise.

I stayed here for one night after arriving into phuket, and it exceeded my expectations. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. The free shuttle to the beach was a nice bonus, made exploring easy.
